DREAM DESIGNER
The Dream Designer is the perfect experience for the couple, family, or even solo traveler looking to plan for their “travel health” in 2021 and beyond. Much like planning for retirement, travel is something that many of our clients build into their annual budgets.
While experiences like safaris, villa rentals and major sporting event tickets can certainly be arranged at your convenience thanks to our connections, for best rates and space, it’s best to plan ahead.
The Dream Designer lets you practice annual, medium or long-range planning to best organize your travel goals, budget, and schedule. Plan for the next year, milestone anniversaries, a family “wish list” or a post-retirement grand tour. It’s your dream – we just help you plan for it.
The ultimate deliverable is a customized calendar (with optional reminders), inspiration list, and targeted content to get you excited and ready to travel.
PERFECTLY PLANNED
While many clients love the planning process, others prefer a bit more of a surprise element. Whether it’s a partner looking to surprise someone with a great weekend away, a memorable anniversary, or milestone birthday, we’re happy to work “in secret” and deliver you a Perfectly Planned itinerary, packaged as a gift to your intended recipient.
We’ll even help you deliver the news in style, whether it’s a suitcase of curated clothes chosen by one of our stylist partners, or a great inspiration box of goodies to help you get excited for the trip.
Simply provide dates, a budget, and a mood, and we’ll do the rest, be it booking everything and handing you the tickets, or putting together several choices to let you choose your own adventure.

We’ve long had clients inquire about how to best utilize their points, be it for air, hotels, or anything in-between. We’re happy to say that after many years of searching, we’ve found the perfect partner for these needs, and can now offer this for our clients. Simply let us know how many and what type, and we’ll marry it into any of the above or our signature full-service planning experience.
SIGNATURE SERVICE
Most of you have experienced our signature services already, which includes everything from initial consultation to trip design, custom in-app itineraries, and full-service planning for accommodations, air, activities and more. We’ve long offered services ranging from private jet and yacht procurement to special event and attraction ticket purchases and can almost always add valuable extras to your stay, including breakfast, credits, upgrades and more.
Today’s traveler has even greater need for an advisor’s expertise, as we help navigate the changing world of insurance policies, COVID-19 pre- and post-trip testing, and, in some cases, multi-month trips for our digital nomad travelers. No ask is too big, or too small.
